Shipping Policies
ADHUE will ship UPS ground or equivalent. All orders for Sign Vinyl or Premask only of $150.00 or more will be shipped freight prepaid. Drop shipments and C.O.D. charges, or orders placed for other materials not included in the free freight offer will be FOB: Shipping Point.

If a courier or next day air is requested, ADHUE will only charge for the difference between the UPS charges and the actual courier or airfreight charge. $150.00 minimum order still applies. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. will be shipped generally the same day.
Example: UPS ground to destination $5.00 (FREE)
Courier or Air charge: $20.00
Total freight Costs: $15.00

Method of Payment
All orders are C.O.D or credit card unless prior credit approval has been given. Customers who wish to be set-up on invoicing must complete an ADHUE credit application and submit for approval. A $100.00 minimum order is required for invoicing. Orders less than $100.00 will be shipped C.O.D. or credit card. Open account terms will be Net 30 days with a 2% interest charge applied monthly on all past due accounts. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Hours
Our shipping hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Orders can be faxed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customer Service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All orders received after hours will receive a confirmation call on the following business day.

Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, a Material Return Authorization (MRA) number must be assigned by ADHUE prior to return of product for credit. No returns will be accepted without an authorized MRA number. Returns for any reason other than defective product or error by SELLER may be charged a restocking fee of not more than 20%. Customer will also be responsible for all freight charges, both inbound and outbound. All materials returned must be returned in original saleable condition. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of sale.

Warranty
All statements, technical information and recommendations about our supplied products are based upon tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its intended purpose. ADHUE is not responsible for errors in typography.

ADHUE shall honor the manufacturer’s technical evaluation of suspected material and at no time be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. ADHUE will issue credit to the customer when we have received a credit from our vendor.

No salesperson, representative or agent of ADHUE is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation contrary to the above.
Customer should test all material to be sure product meets the required application.
